"I will never work with them again. Originally, I switched from Geico over to this agency because they offered a much better rate. I was promised great customer service. I have certainly learned you get what you pay for. I have never been able to get ahold of someone from this office. I actually tried referring people to them in the beginning and they never got back to them. I was told if I had that "Drive Safe & Save" it would give me a discount just for using it, I received it for one month and that was it. I had a couple rocks hit my windshield and leave little chips and they do not pay to have them filled. My fiancee and I live together and I was told we could not be on the same policy. HERE'S THE BEST PART I called a couple days ago because I have had enough and want to look into cancelling my policy. Their office didn't answer (surprise) and I was transferred to their call center. I explained I was considering cancelling, the individual told me I needed to talk to the agent and she would leave them a message. It's been two days and nobody has bothered to call me but I check my emails today and someone named Lee sent a message last night stating "I have cancelled your policy upon request" Umm.. What?! So I have no auto coverage right now. WONDERFUL!!!"
